Could have saved a day in rentals. The lady said they didn't have any rentals. I drove by there location for 2 days prior to me renting the trailer. Didn't move a bit. I asked the woman behind the counter why they didn't rent it to me. She told me they were using it for the shop. That's BS.

The store rep was SO rude, had we not drove 90 miles to get the truck, I would have left. Absolutely zero customer service here. Had to go get truck out of knee high grass, in the rain. Found out later equipment was "red tagged" and was not to be used for one way trip.
