They left the fuel at “EMPTY”! They left me the key in a box with a lock on it with no clear instructions on how to let it. No text message or phone call with exact details. Between getting the key and a gas station run, it took an hour of precious time out of my day which ended up with a very stressful afternoon. If I told you the full story of how I almost missed getting to the dump on time, I would have dropped this truck back off fully loaded with 62 cubic yards of debris in it. I will never get a truck here again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhile the people at the business were very nice, the U-Haul experience was lackluster. I wasn’t able to use the app to complete the check out process of the truck, it wouldn’t let me take the verification photos of the truck, mileage, etc. I ended up driving away with the truck, took my own photos at pickup and drop off for verification and hoped for the best.

Glenn YHere again the condition of the 15 ft truck and trailer was not even cleaned up after being dropped off after coming up the Alcan highway this location simply turned the truck and trailer around and said it was good to go. It was a quart low on oil no windshield wiper fluid and dirty inside and out. This auto carrier had a tire with tread separating in British Columbia it took over 4 hours sitting next to a highway to remedy this bad tire. These U-Haul contractors renting out your equipment need to be monitored closer and needs to be automotive related company not a locksmith or a backroad tire and shop.
