Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBiggest problem I had again was the UHaul off hours process using the app. The drop off location did have a sign at the entrance that said UHaul but nothing to let me know that it was ok to drop the Vehicle off after hours. The app says to call a number before you drop off. So I called and left a message and was idle. Fortunately I texted and received a prompt reply. Perhaps signage that says after hours drop off allowed and where the key box was located would have prevented my frustration on this end
Dan ATruck was parked in somewhat of a field, grass about 3 feet tall
