The equipment was clean and functioned as expected. My problem with the provider organization was discrepancy in the amount of fuel reported in the tank at the start of the trip. The tank was reported as full and the indicator showed full but I drove 2 blocks from the pick up point and put 4,64 gallons ($12,98)of gas in the tank. After the trip I put 8,46 gallons ($25,38) gallons in the tank. The traveled distance was 22,5 miles. When I raised the question of the tank volume difference the owner said "The tank was full".
