Stop charging for things we did not ask for like Insurance coverage, and gas surcharge when the vehicle was brought back with more than it left with...I have a pictures showing gas levels.
BOB C.I had a lot of trouble with the website checkout when I went to pickup the van. If it had not been for the employee at the pickup site. I would have had to go else where to rent a van. She did a manager over ride to allow me to get the van. I won't be using this system again. I will only go where there is a facility that actually has a person checking me out and in in the future..
