Charged me extra at the time of pickup. Had to show my booking and proof from my end of the quote instead of the team having it on their system. Booking location got changed on its own to a very far off location and the customer service was rude when listening to my request and made me wait a long time. Fuel was filled exactly to where I got it but was charged extra for it. Its like you guys are running a scam for pennies

Gurpreet SPick up location 90 min from the one I booked. Despite booking over one month in advance, they didn’t have a truck available for me Price was supposed to be $99. They charged me $579!!! Nobody could figure out the problem. Spent over an hour and a half at the depot trying to sort out the issue. Multiple calls to the district manager. Picked up the truck which was on empty. Luckily there what a gas station near by. There was garbage in the truck that wasn’t cleaned out. And no back up camera so backing out of the parking spot was dangerous. Very very poor experience overall
