The snow brush and grit was missing. The tank was nearly empty. The parking was poorly clear of snow and it took me half an hour to get out (because the truck didn't have snow tires, and all-weather tires are not useful in snow).

Linda MI spoke with the manager and both men were rude. Rolling their eyes at me. Not listening to what I was asking about my refund. Wouldn’t listen to a woman and said whatever issue I have is my problem with uhaul they just a drop off. The clerk phoned the area manager who was just as rude. I was told to contact my bank and uhaul myself about my refund as it’s not their problem. So disappointed they should not be allowed to have a uhaul location this is disgraceful
