I was charged a $10 fuel fill up even though the vehicle was with the same gauge reading. The agent I spoke to said they had a photo of the original gauge reading and suggested I return to the rental location to see it. I travelled 35 k and refueled 5 litres of gasoline. This should have been enough to replace the gas used. I hate when a business sucks extra money from a customer that is unwarranted. This is not good business practice.

Clean /vacuum the front cab. Passenger n driver side. It could be cleaned little better under seat around the seats. BUT overall staff was great n I always use uhaul for moving stuff
