I requested a return location in NW Calgary which they texted me the information. The U-haul was return with the same amount of fuel when I picked it up. The rental charge was as listed on the online invoice. You should be flexible for changes to the pick-up and drop-off locations after you have booked. Otherwise there were no issues with U-Haul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake sure that your system is up and running for heavy rental days - it was a nightmare having to push off scheduled movers because the U-Haul system was down. Thankfully the staff at this location are AMAZING and were able to help get us rolling.
