Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe parking lot is tight and the business across the street is unwilling and confrontational about letting people park there to go get their U-Haul rental. Everything with the actual business is great, but the neighboring business made the experience irritating.
Zach FThe car was clean but in poor condition.
Anastasiia YThe agent working the desk was rude. Told me that he was a satellite location so he couldn’t give me answers to the questions I had. Over charged me and didnt honour arrangement I had made with U-Haul over the phone. The whole experience pretty awful. I’ll never go back to this location again.
KAREN APerson working at the location had so much scent on that it was difficult to breathe. The vehicle was not maintained well. The windshield was cracked. Felt unsafe.
