Had to wait over an hour and one half for equipment due to customers not honoring their agreement to get item back in time. Lee's was helpful in trying to find an alternate site for equipment when an unscheduled return came in. The car hauler itself was fine but the electrical connection had been dragged on the pavement and the connector was damaged. I was able to open up the pin connection enough to get good contact. The ratchets on this hauler were very corroded and hard to use so some WD 40 or other rust/corrosion preventative would be needed. All in all Lee's staff were very professional and provided great customer service.
