Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was great. The online experience was not. I spent over an hour with multiple calls and online chats with tech support to tent.
Tavis Mmy U-Haul representative went above and beyond my expectation. I was able to pick up the U-Haul at the location I requested with no issues. my representative was extremely professional and handled everything appropriately.
Cassandra Rnearly every rental I end up picking up farther away and pay extra mileage that is not good
Timothy BThe place was easy to find. Was able to call the number and they walked us through how to return the uhaul. I will say it was very easy and convenient. I wish I could give full stars, but was notified that we were extra charged for the gas not being full. That was absolutely not accurate! We literally just filled to tank t I full capacity right before we got to the drop off location....right at the end of the road! Had to call, dispute it and get a refund. Not headaches people should have to deal with
