Basically, got my uhaul from a convenience store clerk. Good thing process is supported primarily online. It was beneficial location and hours of business though. Clerk was helpful but it was weird.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI didn't catch her name, but the lady working at the mini storage in Camrose who received the truck is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely charming!
Jacob TStaff was great and easy to work with.
Breanne EThe lady in the office was very nice. Keep her.
Lawrence NThe drop off location was confusing, minimal space to park the truck, drop off processing ended at four, and I was instructed to just "use the app". As a first time UHaul user I found it pretty overwhelming.
