They did not have an appliance hand truck, just a one regular hand truck with flat tires. Air compressor did not work. Made me late and I had to pay workers an extra hour to wait on me. I pumped up the tires at a gas station and they were flat by end of trip. The girl was nice, but that made my move hard. I had only leased it to move one washer and dryer. I have put in a call to uhaul and I deserve some type of refund

I didn’t get what I asked for. The gentleman from corporate said he was good at his job and he would have a trailer at that location. But guess what of course not. There was a dolly so that is what I had to get. I was very disappointed for when I called and asked to speak to some I kept getting redirected to someone else not even the location I called. I did ask for compensation but who knows if I will get that. I shouldn’t have to pay at all. You told me the trailer would be there and it wasn’t. The lady that was running that U-Haul place inside a convenient store had no clue what she was doing
