No suggestions. Frank and his employees did an excellent job of assisting us with this truck rental. Frank went the extra mile to contact corporate so we had an accurate bill because we did not use all of the blankets we thought we needed. There was good communication and the staff we dealt with face-to-face were friendly and professional.

Robyn HVery helpful and friendly would recommend!
Nate MFrom the very beginning of my experience with the Fairfield CA on Texas St location I was treated with excellent customer service. Robert, who assisted in the rental process at the Fairfield CA site was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the entire process and even assisted with other information. His customer service was top rated. The pick up at the Rapid City SD location was quick and we were on our way in no time. Drop off at the Canon City site was also quick and at all time above board in customer service. I will definately recommend uhaul over moving companies any day as the price and ease of rental were superb.
