The onboarding for//: what, when, and how to rent and use the property (truck) in the way one is intending as opposed to what one figures out because of fees that are unknown or in-understood.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisShowed up that this location and business was closed (though hours posted on door said 7 am -7 pm). Called Uhaul, and a representative called the shop owner and they came within 10 minutes. Truck was parked across a busy street in a dirt lot. Had to jaywalk to get to truck. Also rented a utility dolly that was located in store. Had to drive truck from across street to shop to pick up dolly. When I returned the truck had to park it back across street and return the key to the shop. But shop was closed again so dropped the key in key slot.
Erin HYou have to cross over a boulevard to get to the truck. There is no easy cross walk so it’s either walk half a mile to use a cross walk or dodge cars to get there. Very unsafe.
