I had a reservation to pick up the vehicle at 11:30, when I arrived at 11:30, no staff was at the location. I called the number on the office door several times and then texted. When the staff member arrived they did not have "their iPad" and I need to complete my reservation with another person on the phone. When I returned the vehicle the next day there was no staff member on site and again I had to call the number and then wait for someone to complete the return.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA trailer had one new tire on it, and the other one was old and cracking. When I got to this location, there was nobody there. I had to call and wait for the guy then he didn’t know how to fill it out on his iPad and he had to wait for someone else to get there to help him with that. All of this just took a very long time.

When I arrived, the owner/rep said he'd lost the key and couldn't locate it. I waited around for two hours while he searched. To make up for the inconvenience, he offered me a 26-foot truck instead and promised he'd charge me the same rate as the original 15-foot truck. When I returned the truck the next day, he was on the phone with someone confirming this arrangement, and I was told it would be handled at the 15-foot rate on my receipt. Instead, I was charged full price for the 26-foot truck — nearly double what I was promised, all because of their mistake with the missing key. I do not recommend this location. Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability for their own
