Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEquipment was clean and functional, as in all safety features were good, but it was pretty beat up.
Tom DProfessional, courteous .
Stanley MPhone number did not work for location no one there when we had to pick up trailer had to move other equipment out of the way to access and remove trailer. Had to do ourselves. Checked again on way out -- no one there. Could not call anyone because phone number disconnected. Had the place call the police saying we stile the trailer!!!!!!!! Guns drawn and handcuffed. Had to drive back and check-in on site. Someone there now. Woman was rude and non-informative on why they called police. We had registered and checked-in online. So they had our information I WOULD NTO RECOMMMEND SITE TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER RENT FOR UHAUL IF I HAVE TO USE THAT LOCATION
