Location is a gas station and a truck stop with truck washing. I received the 10’ truck with bird crap all over it, mud on the sides, and an EMPTY tank of gas. And the area had horrible cell service so I couldn’t take my pickup conditions pictures. When I talked to customer service they said the truck was reported as half a tank and couldn’t do anything about it. SMH. So I had to put gas in the truck BEFORE I even pulled out the lot and when i returned the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was told the truck im picking up didn't have much gas in it, and for the inconvenience if i take the truck as is and refunt it with the same amount of gas i get a gas credit. Where my rental would be $29.95 with a refund of $33 and chane. Ok bet had to put my own gas. Tell me why i did exactly what the angent told me to do. I get charche about $59 waited for the refund for 15 days. When i call he talking about he say to return it with a quarter tank to receive the gas credit. Someone please make it make since. How do i get charged for gas if their was barely gas in the truck in the first place. Do better uhaul i want my money. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Never again. Ill bet penske would never.
Marie Si had many issues with this whole experience. From picking up the truck to dropping it off. And from getting storage also from auhaul. i will be calling customer service for the extra charges and experience of this whole situation during our move
Marie LThis location is horrible. The workers don't know what they are doing! I had to wait an hour past my time, which made me late to pick up my dresser. Wasted my time and money!
Jessica BHorrendous pick up experience. The employees acted like they didn’t know what to do to help me acquire the truck. The interior had a sticky spilled beverage of some sort. Picking up from non-U-Haul establishments is awful.
