Upon renting the truck and dolly i was told if i got back sooner then the allotted 4 days i would receive a partial refund. The clerk at the pick up spot told me this and said make sure i tell them when i dropped it off. I was informed them that that wasn't true. I called and talked with an associate that told me i needed to call her back to get my refund since she was the one that told me it and it wasn't true. Great customer service?PAUL A.

They over charged me big time. I paid 200 upfront and then got charged an additional $195 after I returned it and still don't know why!! I filled up the tank. Cleaned it out and brought back in same condition and mileage was only over the 150 miles I prepaid for by 10 miles. So why was I charged so much??MACK R.

One clerk on duty to run Uhaul and store operations. Long wait to get truck. No appliance dolly at store, even though their records indicated one was available. No furniture pads, even though their records showed them available. Clerk did her best to make the experience pleasant, but her employer was no help when she called him for a solution to not having the appliance dolly. I had to rent the truck at their location and then rent a dolly at another store.GEORGE M.

We elected to return the Uhaul truck through the Uhaul app which requires us to take pictures of the truck and location in order to complete the return. While taking pictures of the location of the truck the owner of the store which I assume is the Uhaul representative, stops us midway through and has us come into the store because she does not agree or understand why we are taking the pictures. My husband and I explain to her that we are doing our return through the app. She then ask us for the information for the rental. I give her the name and she says that she is unable to locate the name so we must be at the wrong location. I tell her the app confirmed that it was the correct location and we should able to complete the return using the app which we preferred. She proceeds to ask for the Uhaul key to examine the truck which we have already submitted pictures for on the app. She displayed poor customer service and treated us as if we were wrong for what we were doing by using the app. She appeared confused and I am not happy at all with this location.Anthony C.
The individual that helped me was absolutely outstanding -- very helpful and helped me with installing the equipment. Trailer had a lot of grass all over it, and I was unable to upload the pictures -- seemed to only allow me one picture. The equipment itself was fine. This location is a filling station and a store with only one person manning it, so he had to take time to help other customers while helping me. The person who made the reservation did not tell me it was a filing station and I drove around forever looking for a u-haul dealer. I finally called a dealer in Carrolton who told me that gas stations handled u-haul equipment. As I made the reservation over a week previous, I didn't understand why I couldn't pick up in a closer location even if it was a one-way rental. I have nothing against the pick-up location itself -- just the fact that it was inconvenient for me and no one let me know to expect a gas station with a shop inside -- took longer than I expected to make the pickup.patrica H.

**representative was helpful. This is for OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL** I would like for this customer order to be made right rather than just looking out for others. Would not recommend to a friend based on experience. Online order was processed for one amount, pick up, and return time. Order was changed to different location based on availability. It was noted I could check in completely online via the app. This was NOT the case. Went in, order had to be completely reprocessed. Original request was not honored. Spent 45 minutes at new pick up location just to get vehicle, again, not via app for â€œonline pick upâ€ Found out return time was not honored day after vehicle was picked up. Return time was an entire day before request. Spent the next 24 hours trying to reach customer representative only to be put on hold, cut off, hold, transferred, cut off multiple times. Once a representative was reached via the chat (not even with the hours of direct phone calls) was I charged for a FULL additional day when all I really needed was a few hours, as originally requested. Went to drop off vehicle. Again, online app drop off was NOT â€œeasyâ€. Even representative at drop location had troubles. Then find out I was charged for an additional day, additional miles, without even a decent breakdown of details for the charges. The representative could not explain these to me at all. Again, would not recommend to a friend or even an acquaintance.Laura W.

The location was just fine, the lady was very friendly and efficient. No complaints about the location at all. However, we counted 3 different Uhaul locations that we could have dropped our equipment off at between our home and the drop off location. We had to drive to the other side of town. And we ended up having to pay extra mileage when we shouldn't have.ashley P.
