John the schedule manager told me that I wasn't good enough after I express my need for a rental extension. He said that the client who is awaiting the rental I'd currently had and tried to extend that client was more important to him than me and that he's not about to get his ass chewed out for me. I told him I was a small black business who has suffered with sale and that I had an opportunity to share my services further. But he insisted that I return the rental for his favored clientJOSHUA Y.

I had to drop off the truck late around 11 pm the drop box had a lock on it so I was unable to return the truck and I had to return the next day. I tried calling and they never answered after several attempts, I gave up and drove all the way back too complete the return.Jimmy M.
pay attention to the first customer! this happened twice this last week or two. i went in for a trailer, i was first in line, but some guy waiting for an uber went in and asked for a mask for uber... so the uhaul supervisor left me unattended to give a mask to a guy waiting outside for an uber that was not even there yet... second time they attended me quickly inside, but left me outside waiting to hook up my trailer. the same guy that attended me went and helped them first, one was and enclosed trailer, and another was taking a dolly to the third customer after the enclosed trailer... meanwhile im waiting about ten minutes to get hooked up... i dont get their logic in helping the last customer first.RICHARD D.

I returned the cargo van a little after an hour of picking it up. The gentleman at the drop off spot asked me to leave the vehicle running. Now I see there's a charge for the fuel, I returned the vehicle at the same tank indication.CHANEL B.

Unfortunately when I went to pick up the keys at the front desk, they couldnt find it, and it took about 10 mins for me to get settled in, but the drop off time was not pushed back. Are we allowed to come before our pick up time so that we have the full allotted hour? Also, it took me ten minutes to find the drop off key slot. No one told me where to drop off the key AND the photo that was shown to me on the website showed an orange stand alone mailbox looking thing. It was extremely frustrating that there wasnt a sign ir note on the door regarding key drop off. There were about 12 or more parked trucks in line for the key drop off and no indication that the spot to drop off the key was a TINY door slot size metal opening on the side of what looks to be a dumpster. I rated the experience high, but theres got to be something about the sign!Melissa Maria P.
There was a tie down strap wrapped between the wheel and axle causing the trailer to pull at an angle. I laid on the side of a major highway cutting and removing it. Also i was told on reservations not to worry about mt hitch being a 2.5" using a 2" ball hitch to go 3 miles, but not long haul. I got there to pick up and was not allowed to leave unless i purchased a sleeve! Then i was not shown how to properly get the hit on the ball, there was a trick. Trailer jumped off the ball while loaded on the interstate! Thanks Uhaul!George D.
