The truck was not even checked in when I arrived. Your greeted by 3 large dogs, fortunately I'm a dog person, but for others can be intimidating. There was no appliance dolly, to where I had to stop by the primary location that I had requested to pickup the truck to get it. The personal there seemed to be clueless about the rental proceedurer.

THOMAS WOdd return location outside of town in the industrial area with a small area to return equipment as it was a manufacturing business. Antoinette was the lady who checked the truck back in and I told her of the problems she said she made note of them. She worked real hard in the heat of the day to move trucks and other trailers around so that I could leave mine. I would only recommend this location because of Antoinette and she should get a raise since u-haul is not part of her job. Thank you Antoinette
PAMELA MThe area that I had to go too as a single woman was very scary. I even took pictures of the area. I was at in case anything happened to me and sent it to my friend. I was told I could keep the U-Haul for an extra day. No cost I even returned the U-Haul not using the extra day yet they still charged me the extra $50. The place I had to drop it off to was at least 20 minutes from where I live out in an area that is filled with brothels, trailer parks, and a lot of really scary sketchy looking buildings. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, especially as a single woman, and when I talk to the people, the girl that was on the phone was extremely rude. She even hung up on me at the end didn’t even say good bye. no, never again.
