Have a clear indication of where to go for uHaul pick-up/ drop-off. Have an employee that greets customers upon arrival and communicates what is happening. I was told "I'll meet you outside." I didn't know where the trailer was (I did figure it out) and then I waited at the trailer and eventually had to walk back in to find out where they were and they said they were still answering phones. My time is valuable and communication is key. Other uhaul places are run more efficiently. The drop off in TN was quick and easy whereas the pick up was long and unclear. The employee that helped me attach the trailer at pick up was very nice and helpful.
