Trailer had two bad tires (badly out of round). Ended up taking it to a larger U-haul location and they changed both tires and corrected the problem. For now on I’ll work with the larger “full-service” U-haul locations.
Kurtis MThe man at this location was rude. He acted like it was an imposition for me to be dropping off there. He said the truck was not on his schedule. He did get the issue resolved and I got my receipt. The facility was dirty and cluttered and overgrown. I would like to see U Haul not have this person/place on there website anymore. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
