Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe van I wanted was blocked in by a box truck. The only solution offered was to give me the box truck instead, which meant I had to spend way more on gas. There was no way for them to let me move the truck and take the van. Then when I asked about returning to another location, I was told that was impossible. I found out later it is possible, for a fee, and your customer service just didn’t want to help me.
Tracey SWrong address and phone number listed on the reservation for the his location. Office location is unstaffed and office is in shambles.
Rafael PI like the mobile app for pick up and drop off. The only issue i had was the U haul van assigned to me was not clean. Someone left their fast food bags, trash inside the van. The gas was at empty. The prior customer did not put in any gas. Overall though, it was not a bad experience, I would still rent from U haul. I really like the mobile app.
Rainel CThe size of trailer was not available when I arrived, but you did rent me the next size up for the same price. Thank you I do appreciate that since I was on a time schedule.
