Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTrailer was parked in an open, muddy pasture type setting with overgrown grass. The site representative instructed me over the phone to back in and hook up the trailer and someone would come out in a few minutes to take a picture before I departed I waited for David to arrive to inform him that I was not comfortable with that arrangement. He attempted to lift it off the ground to connect it to my SUV but couldn’t lift it alone. He asked me at 68 years old to assist him with the task in 95 degree heat. We were able to get it connected. However, on June 23rd, 30 miles outside of El Paso, Texas the re-thread tire unraveled and delayed my arrival in town as I made calls to attempt to find a replacement. UHaul roadside service promptly dispatched a repairman within 2 hours and Sam replaced the tire. He also informed me that the trailer had two different sized tires on each side which probably contributed to the tire issue. I am a frequent customer of UHaul products and usually very happy with the product and services provided. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental product and it was very frustrating and unsafe!

Jennifer HDon’t have customers pick equipment/trucks and take forever to approve. I was under 100+ degrees in Texas and your agent took forever!! I called again and another agent stayed with me on the phone to make sure everything was processed and I was not delayed anymore! Great work by that agent!
