HENRYXAVIER R.We ordered a 15' truck, got there and checked in on our phone. We were given a code for the lock box, retrieved the key and was told to go to a truck given a number and location of the truck. Went to that truck and the key didn't work for it. I texted the help option in the check in starting key wasn't started the truck. Looked around the lot and the number on the key matched another truck in the lot but not the number we were given or the location of the truck that we were given. We tried the other truck and the key worked. However this truck was a 10' truck, no ramp. Caused issues for us as it was smaller than we had ordered. Had to get help from friends that we weren't planning on needing last minute. This was my first time using uhaul and it was an awful experience. The fact that there wasn't a number displayed on the check in to call for assistance didn't help. This then caused issues at drop off. Overall not a good experience at all
