Mary M.The UHaul app could not determine my location. Numerous tries until indicated to call for support. Tech support staff hung up or disconnected seconds after "hello." Center Market location staff were awesome. UHaul, not so much. An event requiring a moving truck already creates enough anxiety. We want to get going quickly, not fight with tech issues.
John M.UHAUL IS NOT WHAT IT USED YO BE. Added THREE dollys to my reservation; ONE utility to move BIG items. Went to pick up truck and NO dollys. I couldn't finish my move. Had to get a SECOND truck and another moving crew. BOTH the (location Center Market 1801 Centerville, MN) and Uhaul didn't take responsibility. I was told to call the field manager - PHILIP 763-780-4487 to call and after three attempts. NO CALL BACK. I'll NEVER rent from Uhaul again. This company has gone down the tubes.
