He told my daughter our truck would not pull it first then said he got it to say it was okay. The reason it would not we later found out was not our truck. Her car could not be pulled as it is all wheel drive. Thankfully my husband had them look it up online…. We never even ended up using it to haul it…. Wasted our money for nothing… He should not have rented it to us for it…. He knew something about it said we could not use it!

TRAVIS CI tried to check in the trailer and they said they would get me checked in and I waited on the phone for 20 minutes in the parking lot and I just ended up getting off the phone and leaving because nobody respond

Tabitha Fif i could rate u-haul overall id give it zero stars i was charged twice the initial 75+ tax and then the next day I was charged $66 then was told I would get an eight dollar refund which makes no sense because you should have just processed my 75 then given me a refund instead of charging me another 66
