I would ask that u guys (U-Haul) make sure your third party truck renters are not trying to scam their customers into other charges due to be being commission based. I had an extra charged tacked on to my bill all because I allowed (cj) the man at the front desk to check me in to an already made reservation. Highly disappointed and upset that I was not asked if I wanted to purchase anything extra from my original reservation. I would like my money back that I did not authorize in the transaction!

If you need a uhaul this is the place to go amazing service friendly owner and just an absolute ball renting from him trust me if you want that friendly service and someone who knows your more than just a renter check this place out I promise tou you will be amazed just wish I could give him more than 5 stars because I absolutely would
William TThere is absolutely nothing to improve here the service is amazing conversations are relaxing its always a pleasure doing business here and its probably the only place im excited to go to this is a place id go to just to have a conversation with the owner even with out needing to rent anything he is so knowledgeable and and you always get a laugh it is a amazing place and I will absolutely be renting from him again great guy and just cant say enough good things about him and the quality of the service you will get will be going back soon. And can not wait
