Just dropped off outside. Unsure of cleanliness
Nancy OA lock, where the key was stored, could not be opened easily, a force had to be applied A dolly and pads , while ordered, were not in the truck
Gocha MThe staff at this location was great-polite, helpful! The fellow who helped me went above and beyond, staying late and making multiple phone calls, to make sure I had the equipment and information I needed for a successful move. It took a few minutes to find the office, as there are several businesses in that building, and U-Haul signs have not yet arrived. The office door is on the side of the building where the trucks and trailers are parked, and close to the back. After-hours key pick-up/drop-off boxes are on the front of the building, close to the door of a separate business.
JENNIFER FVery sketchy area, no clearly marked signs for the business or drop off location. Had to call several times to get a human. Once they came out they were friendly. But it was an unsettling experience. I chose it thinking it was close to U of I campus but there were closer safer and easier to find locations near campus I would have used instead.
