The app was having loading issues. That was the only frustrating part of the experience. Other than that, everything was awesome!!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI selected counter pickup as mobile pickups are always a problem in the app and when I showed up the Rep didn't want to assist with a traditional pickup. The app wouldn't allow me to capture photos at pickup of the equipment so I couldn't complete the proper check out procedure. If you want to be a U-Haul rental shop it shouldn't just be because you have a spot to park trucks. Make them learn to do the job or don't let them be a pickup location.
JARROD EGreat service. Friendly. Quick checkout and return. Price was only a few cents more than the estimate.
Michael WSo quick in and out and Rita was lovely to work with. I was glad to notice the exact van I needed right there. As I was imagining having to go to the big place. I’ll go back for sure.
Marie JWhen trying to take photos, the app didn’t work for around 10 minutes. Very frustrating. The location was OK but a but cramped and near a busy entryway.
