Although the 6 x 12 cargo trailer did what it was supposed to do, it was a little worn. The customer service at First Choice Auto LLC 30497 Potomac Wy Charlotte Hall, MD 20622 was impeccable. Thank you, sir, for creating a very positive experience.
Jeffrey BI booked a trailer at a location that was close to my house and a time that I was able to get there after work. Got the confirmation email with the location I booked at for pick up and drop off. The day I was scheduled to pick up I get a text and notice the time has changed and a different address. So I had to drive farther to get the trailer and it was at a time that I didn’t schedule. Than had to drive farther to drop it off. No one was there to help disconnect the (not light) no tongue jack so it had to be lifted off. As a disabled veteran with back pain this was difficult.

BRIAN AFrom pick up to drop off, our experience was fantastic. We hauled much belongings nearly 300 miles in rains, and the contents arrived safely and dry. Great experience with U-Haul again.
