Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff was great but they didn't have the furniture pads. It would be good for them to have more of those as back-up since the last renter had not brought them back. Their location has a limited number of trucks but had what I needed and they were easy to work with.
Arman FI always get great service from everyone.
Jeremy PI did not get her name, but whatever angel was working Friday on 9/11 at closing deserves a raise. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I thought I would be able to go through the app. I didn’t get there until after business hours and was having issues getting the van. She was on her way out and saw me struggling and went back inside to help me get everything sorted out. She could have easily looked past us and started her weekend but she saved the day and was so kind the entire time. Give her a promotion.
