The people who rented to us were great. They handled the naked guy sitting in the passenger seat at pick up beautifully. They also disinfected the cab after he was taken by police.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI recommend having a better system to determine if a rental truck has been returned to the correct location and time. I received a text message and phone call the day after I rented and returned the truck stating that records indicated I did not return the truck I rented when I did return it. I followed the instructions given by the representative at the pick up desk to either physically give the keys to the attendant on duty or place it in the lockbox outside. I called the customer service line and was told that they would reach out to the location I rented from. A few days later I got an email with my receipt but no one called me back to follow up. It wasn’t until I called the customer service line again that I was told my issue was resolved.
Brianna HThey need to have a more attentive person. The drop off is a gas station.
