Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is in a no cell service area so I was unable to check the truck out and had to call customer service and go back the next day. Once I got there, the truck I reserved did not have the key back from the prior user, so I had to get a bigger truck - i did not to drive a larger truck, but did anyway. it was loud and the engine ran rough and sputtered. The windshield was dirty from smoke and dust and there was no wiper fluid.
Kendra RNo horn on your truck,
john mThe reservation line messed up my reservation. Drove extra miles because of it and still got charged the miles. Disappointing
