Richard K.We didn't look at the text messages about how to go through phone returns until we had already returned the van. We went back up in the evening when we saw the text. It was already locked up so we couldn't provide all pictures required. We now know the procedure but for other people maybe tell them in advance to watch for that text and follow the procedure when dropping off.
Peggy M.Rich (at the facility) was a great help whereas the check-in process through the app was the most horrific experience I have had. My son and I spent 30 minutes trying to pick up the truck and received only more roadblocks from all the customer "help" when we called. Don't waste your time with the on-line check in, always go through the facility
