That location, had to care of everything
Harold WThe gentleman at the pick up location was very sweet and very kind and very helpful with all of our needs, but the vehicle that I picked up sounded like a helicopter when you started, it led shook like there was no tomorrow drink gas, even though I had half of a U-Haul loaded because I was very scared and driving the vehicle because of the way it acted it was also misaligned where when I was trying to go straight it was trying to veer off it also take and not act right then I found out that the truck that I was handed was not even the right truck to be in the road. I do not know what was going on or what happened I just know that there is a lot of confusion with trying to do stuff online and over the phone , the best that would be going straight into a U-Haul location itself where you can pick up a vehicle directly from a agent at the desk that has been over it two or three times but the gentleman who I got it from was very sweet and very helpful, even though there was a lot of confusion with the vehicle But I would highly recommend going to his shop.
