Tha app was frustrating. When I tried to return the truck, I had to go through the same steps several times (about 6 times). This was due several issues, like misclicks restarting the whole process, submitting a section moving me to a previous section and sections being location sensitive while not informing you they are. I needed to be next to the building to access rather than the 10-20 feet away from the building, next to the parked truck, where I was. I wish the app communicated expectations better as well as forgiving to people that made mistakes.

John RHe told me gas was at 3/4. It wasn't till after I left that I realized it was only 1/2 a tank. I've rented from U-Haul my whole life and this is the first time this has happened to me. It cost me an extra $40 in gas.
Aleks ONo signage indicating U-Haul. Drop off hidden behind the building with limited parking especially with truck larger than 10'.
