My rental was picked up from a neighborhood U-Haul dealer rather than a corporate U-Haul location, and the experience was excellent. The representative was friendly, had everything ready when I arrived, and made the pickup and return process quick and easy. I don't have any suggestions for improvement-keep providing the same great service.

RANDY WThe service for both picking up and dropping off the truck was very freindly and quick. My dad drove the truck and did say that the truck was a little hard to drive so I would suggest a maintenance check, but we were still able to drive all day long and pick up what we needed
