If possible, maybe you could inform customers that dolly's and tarps are or aren't supplied, I had some very valuable items that needed to be covered, and possibly some straps to secure item from shifting around during transport.

Mildred DI submitted a formal complaint. There was food and crumbs everywhere. There was a used bandaid w blood in the door pocket. It was disgusting and the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. The app glitched on both pick up and drop off, had to call the mainline and wait 45 minutes.
