My rental was 10/5. I just now received a email from Uhaul regarding my equipment check in. Today is 10/18. I’ve been worried and wondering for 2 weeks whether I was still being charged. There was zero contact or way to contact Legacy Auto. The number provided was busy for three solid days while I tried to call to ask questions. I am trying to do a drop off by myself at 7am in the heart of Chicago. Where you drop off the equipment is literally a sidewalk on a side street slaughtered with garbage. Felt sketchy at best. I called Uhaul headquarters on my way home from Chicago to make sure my stuff was checked in. Never once heard a word from legacy auto.
KATHLEEN AThe website stated that they opened at 7 and no one was there. Then I saw the advertisement for on line. I signed up and after getting to the last step with opening the lock that was hard to open and wasn’t as easy as the utube video it wasn’t a key inside. I had to start back over and get someone from customer service to assist. After two hours I was assigned a truck.
