The owner was hard to find, and didnt know what to tell me to do to check the tow dolly in. One girl just said ok drop ot off and we will check it in for you. I said NO i want a receipt or proof that the dolly is in good condition. Finally a guy and another girl came out to unhook the dolly. They didn't say anything aboutbusing the app to log it in with pictures. When he said ok your chexked in, i said wheres my receipt... very unprofessional. I finally called Uhaul 1800 number and sent the receipt. I told him im never using his buainess again... he said GOOD! What an A_ _ hole.

ESPERONZA LUpon entering the facility, it had a strong odor of marijuana. The woman told me it was gonna be $85 for a day. I did purchase the insurance for $25 then my bill come up to $225. I asked her why and she said they will knock off half a bit when I drop it off if I drop it off within one day they sent out a young boy eight or 10 years old too help me hook it up and check it out half the light didn’t work and I was gonna haul it about 150 miles very unprofessional.
