Every thing was good but I put more gas in than I used. But you logistic people that take care of were your vehicles have no respect. They tried to make me take the truck 20+ miles in another town in the wrong direction, other than the agreed location. Then the woman on the phone was bothered that I couldn't drive the truck to a different location and was not happy.

I am unhappy that U-Haul always tries to change your pick up and drop off location. It has gotten worse over the years. There is nothing worse than trying to complete a move and getting bombed with a ton of emails, telling me different locations for pick up and drop off after I have already made arrangements.
WILLIAM AOnline checking/out was a nightmare. Your website kept crashing. Took 30 minutes to get my key. Website crashed again while doing the inspection. Turn in was bad as well, luckily the attendant came out and we went in and he checked me out
