Customer service was quite negligent and unfriendly from the gentleman at the register. I ended up getting my receipt emailed three days after returning and charged an extra $200 despite only using the trailer for 3 hours. I called the business and was refunded immediately. Phone service was much better and professional.
ERICK GLocation is ok, could not take pictures of truck from the side unless i move it, in order to get the entire side. A benefit of this specific location is that it has its own gas station and prices are decent so you are able to refill right there and then. Costumer service was ok. Truck itself was not kept clean and well maintained, the gas cap was broken, interior was not to bad, outside was durty, dry mud on tires and undercariage.
CHRISTIAN EI put gas on the truck and the truck wouldn’t adjust so U-Haul charged for not leaving it the way i got it, but i did put gas in it and i was going to leave it with more than i got it with. But the gas gauge wasn’t working so I ended up having to pay.
