We had a 2,5 hor delay pickup time was 10am we showed up 945am on 7/72025 our I pickup date no keys left in box no one answers at 2 emergency numbers we call uhaul 45 minutes later we get a call from storage space worker she's 30 min out we waited for her to show up but from 10am to 1130 am until we recieved a set of keys we were on phone with uhaul no positive reasoning to get keys for anything until about 5 minutes before the owner of facility showed up by then we were 2,5 hours later and losing our day as we made a reservation one week ahead of time to avoid all the hard things to do to pickup a rental, and the owner never even came and explained or anything all we said while she kind of hid herself was do we want 20fr truck keys or due to problem dis we want 26 as we had talked on phone to ihaul customer service for 26 foot for price of 20 we chose 20ft. We don't feel that it should have taken all that time when I called and confirmed with rental sit 3 times the day before, and she promised keys would be there. I know things happen but that's why I called 3 times due to us doing a 24/7 pickup at that location. Overall it just should not have happened due to my day before calling 3 times to Canfirm and asking where truck would be and I even watched videos for pre process to pick up keys and rental covering everything verbally also.
