The truck was not ready for me on the Monday even though I phoned Uhaul as well as the provider J&J on Friday to confirm that everything was ready for the Monday morning pickup. As you can understand, when one book a truck 2 weeks in advance there are many things to have in place when this truck arrive for loading. Now the truck does not arrive and everything needs changing. You should stop and think of the impact this will have. I have been renting from Uhaul many times now and suddenly you need to approve me. Really 7 am in the morning after I phoned you on Friday and booked many times. This was the worst experience I ever had.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was dirty inside and out, the truck smelled like cigarettes. There was a un-used diaper in the cab. The hotel that the U-Haul was located at was very shady. I would not allow any members of my family out of the car. Your pricing for renting and all the add on fees are not very clear. My bill was well over 400 dollars for 24 hrs of use, seams very high. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!
Benjamin PFast painless process.
Dustin SNot much. Maybe a sign outside indicating where to go for U-Haul services? It is a motel after all and it was not obvious where to go.
Clyde HLocation was great, although I had to pick up over 40 miles from location of choice.
