U Haul needs to understand this place does not have after hours pick up. I scheduled my pick up time online for 8am and we arrived at this location in our pickup window only to have to come back a hour later because he does not offer this at his location. U haul Please update your System. The owner at this location was very friendly and polite, none of our issues was of his doing.

I made a reservation for a separate location. I had to drive an hour to reach this one. When a reservation is made for a certain location, the equipment should BE THERE. I had no issues with this place, but I also had issues with the amount suddenly being $200 more than what was quoted to me over the phone. The representatives were great. U haul as a service was NOT.

Matthew DWe were there promptly to pick up at 9am. Person in charge of the Uhaul’s didn’t get there till 9:25 therefore we were a half an hour late getting to our destination to start moving things. I felt as though we should have gotten some money off because of that. Won’t ever go there again.
