Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was at 7 miles to empty instead of the documented "quarter" tank and the mileage was way off from what was also documented. Very unprofessional once it was brought to their attention.
Garrett GOther than the lack of internet or connection to the uhaul server at the store (took 2 hours) the process was good.
MICHAEL SBetter customer interaction, dropped off the trailer 1:00pm and was told by the person working there to leave it and go,in my return to drop off the vehicle at 5:00 pm the trailer was not updated on my contract as returned and the place was already closed I had to call U-Haul to have the return done online and it took me about 35 mins to have the process completed
Kemmar HNot much it was in and out customer service was good had no problems at that location
