Dirty on the inside cabin. It would take 5 minutes to get a Lysol wipe and wipe down high touch areas, cup holders, etc... Also, the guy running this place has terrible customer service. Do better.

NICHOLAS DImprove customer service! I walked in at 0850 to turn in the keys to truck and the lady at the desk told me I was late turning it in. I said I wasn't late, it was due in on Tuesday. She THEN asked if my name was Mr Pickett and I said NO, my name is Mr. XXX She then looked up my rental and found out I was correct. No greeting, didnt even ask who I was, and no apology after her mistake. I will NOT recommend Runway Rentals to ANYONE. I will also report thIs incident to the 101st IGs office.
