Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI swept out the truck so I wouldnt be charged even though it was dirty before. The gas tank was RIGHT on 1/4 so I had to gas up before going any distance. The check engine light turned on right after getting gas. Wish there were more steps to get in cab so short people dont have to get rope and hook to CLIMB into Cab and then a parachute to get out.
Erika MStaff was professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to extend my u-haul rental when I needed to, but it's not always available. I was able to get a storage space to store my things when I had car issues, and for over a year I rented a storage space with zero problems. The property is well-maintained and lit brightly. The code to get in was easy to remember.

Brittany DThe guy from Friday, when I picked up the Dodge Ram Truck 9' cargo van; was well beyond exceptional. It went really smooth, friendly, and very helpful; even with the phone call before 📱 to check on availability. He made the U-Haul Rental experience a pleasure. The Ram drives really smooth. It was very clean, and I made sure to return the equipment as exceptional. I even thought it could use a carwash, lol; just because it was so pristine inside; and, so well maintained mechanically. It really seemed flawless. For the return, I had to do an App Checkout, but that went okay; after I figured it out, about 15 minutes. I have used U-Haul most of my life, over a dozen times. U-Haul is always there for me, and taking care of me. So, I in return make sure to get both the Road trip coverage, and Insurance; for peace of mind; on both ends: for me, and for the U-Haul location. Over the past some 20 years of using U-Haul, twice already in Clarksville TN; I like the availability, policies, and setup for experience. It would be nice to have that recognition when Renting with U-Haul, as feedback; Customer Loyalty for the expected experience. Something probably like Home Depot Pro Xtra or something that keeps this specific experience; let the good times roll. But, in all that, not if adding value makes it more complicated, I mean like for experienced U-Haul Drivers and Users. I am sure there are boys and girls with more use than me, and that said; we probably like things the way they are just anyway...Thanks.
